Established in 1984 by Carl Padgham and Andy Putland,
both graduates from Medway College, Padgham & Putland’s
specialty is designing, developing and creating items in
precious metals. Having won gold and silver awards from The
Goldsmiths’ Craft & Design Council, in 1990 they moved to
specially-designed, purpose-built premises. |

Born in Devon, Pamela now lives in Wales where her studio looks out directly at the landscape which is so influential in her work. The same visual and technical threads run through both her silversmithing and jewellery, combining subtly curved forms with textured surfaces in a variety of finishes.
Pamela’s most recent work is several series of related vessel forms with two distinct profiles, in silver. Her award-winning work is exhibited nationally and internationally, and is represented in both public and private collections.
